This is an innovative and very
convenient approach to Service
Contracts. Support hours are
pre-paid in time blocks of a
minimum of 4 hours to be used
over a period of 12 months.
These blocks can be used in 30 minute intervals of time. This concept will bring you significant savings when compared to our regular hourly rate of $95.00. The more hours you buy, the lower the rate per hour. These time blocks can be used for any of the services listed below. Please note that “Time Blocks” contracts do not include parts.

HP Authorized Plotter Service

Service Performed after 6:00pm will be billed at an overtime rate of 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. Weekend rate will be billed at double time.

Regular Service Hourly Rate - $95.00/hour

Some services do not qualify for the Block of Time rates.
These services are:
-HP Plotter Authorized Technician- $125.00/hour
-Software Customization & Implementation - $150.00/hour
