This offer is available to the following customers who own commercial licenses of AutoCAD LT 2006,2007, or 2008. Commercial licenses of AutoCAD LT 2009 are also eligible if these licenses were on Autodesk Subscription prior to April 1, 2008.

Migrating from Autodesk VIZ to Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2009
This promo only applies to Autodesk^® VIZ purchases made prior to February 12, 2008.
From March 31, 2008 to July 17, 2008, existing Autodesk VIZ 2008 Subscription customers can cross-grade to 3ds Max Design 2009, and their remaining VIZ subscription will carry over to an equivalent 3ds Max Design subscription.In this same timeframe, Autodesk VIZ 2006/2007/2008 customers not on Autodesk Subscription can also cross-grade to 3ds Max Design 2009, when they purchase Autodesk Subscription.
